Shipping Policy

1. Timelines
Each figurine is handcrafted to order: allow 7–15 days of production, then 5–10 days of international tracked shipping. These are good-faith estimates, not guarantees — customs clearance, carrier disruption and peak seasons may extend them. We ship worldwide from our fulfilment centre; shipping is free.
2. Tracking & proof of delivery
Every parcel is shipped with an international tracking number, emailed to you on dispatch. The carrier’s delivery confirmation (tracking status “delivered” to the address you provided, including any GPS/photo/signature record) constitutes proof of delivery. Claims of non-receipt for parcels confirmed delivered must be raised with us within 7 days and are investigated with the carrier; a police report may be requested for parcels reported stolen after confirmed delivery.
3. Your address — your responsibility
- You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the delivery address and phone number entered at checkout. Both appear on your order confirmation — check them immediately and tell us within 24 hours if a correction is needed.
- Parcels lost, returned or destroyed because of an incorrect/incomplete address, a missing phone number, or an uncollected delivery notice are not eligible for a refund; we can reship a returned parcel at your cost.
- Refused parcels are treated as goodwill returns under the Refund Policy.
4. Customs, duties & import taxes
Orders to the USA under the de-minimis threshold normally incur no import charges. Where a destination country levies import duties, taxes or clearance fees, these are the recipient’s responsibility and are not collected by us. A parcel abandoned or destroyed because the recipient declined to pay import charges is not refundable.
5. Transit damage
If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the parcel and its contents before and after unboxingand email us within 7 days of delivery — this deadline is required by the carrier’s insurance. See the Refund & Return Policy for remedies.
6. Lost in transit
A parcel with no tracking movement for 30 consecutive days is treated as lost: we will offer a free replacement or a refund. This does not apply to parcels showing a delivered status (see §2).
