What we collect and why

• Your photo — used exclusively to generate your figurine preview and to produce your figurine. Uploading a photo constitutes your explicit consent to this use.
• Contact & shipping details (name, email, phone, address) — to fulfil and deliver your order and send you order updates.
• Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• Anonymous usage analytics — to improve the site.

Who we share data with

• Our production partner: your photo, the approved preview, and your shipping details are shared with our manufacturing partner (located in China) strictly to produce and ship your figurine.
• Service providers: Stripe (payments), our AI preview provider (photo processing), hosting and email providers.
• We never sell your data.

Retention

Photos and previews are deleted within 90 days after delivery of your order. Order records are kept as required by tax law. Photos uploaded without a completed order are deleted within 30 days.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time — including immediate deletion of your photo. Contact us via the Contact page; we respond within 30 days.
